# Onboard Faculty and Staff to Nectir AI

> Import a ready-made Canvas module that introduces faculty and staff to Nectir AI, walks them through how to access it, and gets them building their first Assistant

A pre-built Canvas module you can drop into any faculty resource hub or onboarding course. Faculty and staff click through three short pages and leave knowing what Nectir AI is, how to open it, and how to build their first Assistant. Comes as an `.imscc` file and imports in minutes.

## What's Included

The module contains three pages, designed to be read in order:

## Add the Module to Canvas

<Steps>
  <Step title="Download the File">
    Click the link above to download the `.imscc` course file.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Import into Canvas">
    Open the Canvas course where you want the module to live (your faculty resource hub, an onboarding shell, or any course of your choosing). Go to **Settings** → **Import Course Content**. Select **Canvas Course Export Package** and upload the file.

  <Step title="Review the Module">
    Once the import finishes, navigate to **Modules**. You'll see a new module titled **Nectir AI** containing the three pages in order.

      Open each page to confirm it imported cleanly before sharing with your team.

  <Step title="Customize as Needed">
    The pages work out of the box. If your institution has specific access instructions, support contacts, or naming conventions, edit the relevant page in **Pages** before publishing.

  <Step title="Publish and Share">
    Publish the module and point faculty and staff to it: link from your faculty resource hub, your LMS support page, or include it in onboarding emails.

<Tip>
  The module sits alongside whatever resources your institution already publishes in Canvas for faculty apps. It doesn't replace your existing hub: it plugs into it.
