Clear Browser Cache

Quick Method (Recommended):

  1. On the Nectir AI site, click the lock icon in the address bar
  2. Select Site Settings
  3. Click Clear Data
  4. Hard refresh the page: Ctrl + F5 (Windows/Linux) or + Shift + R (Mac)
  5. Log in again if prompted

Full Method:

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows/Linux) or + Shift + Delete (Mac)
  2. Select “Cached images and files”
  3. Choose “All time” from the time range
  4. Click Clear Data
  5. Hard refresh the page: Ctrl + F5 (Windows/Linux) or + Shift + R (Mac)
  6. Log in again if prompted
