Unlike educational Assistants created by instructors, the Support Assistant focuses only on helping you navigate the platform, understand AI education practices, and troubleshoot technical issues.If the Support Assistant isn’t available in your Workspace, you can request access by contacting support@nectir.io.
The Support Assistant is distinct from custom AI Assistants that instructors create for course-specific content. It will not provide educational content directly but will help you use the platform effectively.
