How Nectir Handles Your Data
- No selling or sharing: Nectir doesn’t sell your data or share it outside the service.
- Subprocessors: AI processing runs through subprocessors under Nectir’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA). See Nectir’s subprocessor list.
- Conversations: only the user who has a conversation can read it. Instructors and Workspace Owners see usage analytics, such as message counts per user and the Key Topics across conversations, but not who asked what. Nectir enables identifiable exports (names, emails, and message text) only for approved research cases, and only Workspace Owners can download them.
