If you only need to duplicate a specific Assistant rather than an entire Group, you can:

Managing Your Duplicated Group
Once you’ve duplicated a Group, you’ll need to manage it just like any other Group. See the Create and invite users to a Group page for detailed instructions. Here are some common post-duplication tasks:
Hover over the new Group on the left sidebar
Click the three dots to access Group Settings
Click “Edit Group details”
Update the name and click “Save changes”
Members from the original Group are not automatically added to the duplicate.

Locate the new Group in the sidebar
