Common Issues

  • Assistant doesn’t appear in Canvas course navigation → Contact your LMS administrator
  • Nectir prompts you to log in inside CanvasAllow third-party cookies
  • Nectir prompts you to confirm the connection every time you log into CanvasAllow third-party cookies
  • You can’t see the Assistants your instructor invited you to → Contact your instructor
  • You can’t link your Canvas course to a Nectir GroupFollow the linking steps to verify you did everything correctly, then contact support@nectir.io
  • Your integrations aren’t showing up in the Group settings page → Contact support@nectir.io

  • For other Canvas integration issues, contact support at support@nectir.io with:
    • A description of the problem
    • Screenshots of any error messages
    • Whether it works when accessing Nectir AI directly (not through Canvas) - If you’re not sure, try signing in from https://ai.nectir.io/
